Our coaches walk individuals, who qualify and are admitted into our coaching program, through the entire preparation of custom funding proposals. The real estate division at Synergy Pro Consulting also teaches clients CREATIVE Real Estate Techniques, including, but not limited to, foreclosures, lease options, little or no-money-down investments, wrap around mortgages, land contracts, land trusts, tax liens, deeds and option agreements. The head of the real estate coaching program, Mel Feller, is one of the most successful and sought-after real estate seminar speakers and personal one-on-one real estate investment coaches in the America today. He speaks on a seminar circuit regularly with such real estate gurus as Robert Allen and Carleton Sheets. He has earned his reputation through more than a quarter century in the real estate investment and coaching field.

A Family-owned Company
Synergy Pro Consulting was founded in 2002 by the Kirchhausen family. The Kirchhausens have owned and operated other successful businesses in the past, including Country Inn and Suites and Quality Inn Hotel franchises, a Fleetwood Manufactured home business, an Arctic Circle fast food restaurant, Boulevard Bridal and Prom and Mr. Tux retail stores and, more recently, the Bluff Street Executive Suites in St. George, Utah. Together, they bring nearly 65 years of business experience to Synergy Pro Consulting.
Our Team of Admissions Directors
Through a personal one-on-one interview over the telephone, Synergy Pro Consulting's distinguished admissions directors qualify and select individuals for the two different coaching programs. In this interview, they prepare the students to work one-on-one with a personal coach by giving them an overview of the program before they are invited into the program.

Jason Kroff
As a former seminar speaker, most of my work background has been in the personal development field. I worked at a residential treatment facility as a youth coordinator for several years. I facilitated three-day emotional growth seminars for betterment and personal happiness. I believe these experiences prepared me for my current position as head admissions director at Synergy Pro Consulting. The work environment is unique because we share a "synergy" and love for our work and the people we work with. In my spare time, usually on weekends, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three sons, traveling, golfing and reading.

David Calder
After spending over 12 years in the social services field and experience in facilitating real estate investment transactions, I enjoy helping our clients obtain the knowledge necessary for positive change. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 kids. We enjoy outdoor activities, running, biking and hiking. |

Phil Trunnell

Over the past few years at Synergy I have had the opportunity to re-evaluate some of my own goals. I have been down several different entrepreneurial roads. I ran a small online business selling sports equipment for a few years. Also, being fluent in Japanese, I worked in the banking industry with the intent to learn international banking. However, I have never felt as fulfilled as I do now working at Synergy Pro Consulting. It is truly a blessing to work with the people I do and help our clients to realize their goals.

My background ranges from facilitating personal development for others through mentoring, to developing and teaching successful stock and options strategies. I have been a business owner, a private consultant, and an independent market analyst and trader. In any work I have ever done, one thing has always followed me as an underlying theme; my desire to share what I know with others. I am proud and exited to be representing Synergy and such a wonderful program that has changed so many lives!

Joseph T. Goodman
I started in the business world in the early 1990's working for a small computer networking company in Salt Lake City, Utah. I spent three years helping this business grow from 11 employees to a multimillion-dollar company with 35 employees. I have seen first hand what it takes for a small business to achieve the goals and vision laid out by its management and ownership. This company was bought out by a larger computer company. In the process, I was transferred to their Seattle office, where I took over one of the company's largest territories. I was influential in helping this office increase its client base by 25 percent. Looking for another opportunity to grow my income, I worked as a mortgage loan officer for a short time until I was offered a position at Synergy Pro Consulting. For the last two years, I've helped individuals from all across the country find the money they need to accomplish their own personal dreams. At the end of each day, I take a short, quiet ride home pleased that I have helped someone along the road to accomplishing their personal and financial dreams. I live by a statement that a great teacher once told me. "As you help others accomplish their dreams, you will soon find that you have accomplished your own along the way."
