"This Synergy program to teach about grant writing, etc. is OUTSTANDING!! I have been working with my coach on a routine basis and she has far exceeded any expectations I had going into this. When I run into a problem, she helps me discover ways around it. When I have questions, she either an immediate answer, or researches for me until an answer is found. She has guided me to many grant websites - government and private. She has been a constant encouragement even when I have felt that things just weren't going to work out. Rather than do the searches for me, she has taught me where to search. She suggested writing an employee handbook and once it was completed, reviewed and edited it - making a few minor changes. Once it was presented to our "partner" they not only approved it, but gave it high marks! She has been such a wonderful coach and cheerleader. Going into this I had no idea what we were facing and at this point in the process, I can honestly say that this is not only a learning experience, it is a growing experience.
