I found Mel to be an EXPERT! He knows and understands the Texas market like the back of his hand. He invests in Texas, Utah and Wyoming so he needs to understand investing. I found, by going to the invest group meetings, that some people complain about things not working when it is the individual investor who is looking for a magic pill to take so all the investment just come to them with out working the program and following the guru's advice and experience. I live in Austin and I have been working Synergy's coaching program hard and I am able to make it happen.
